Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data the website collects and what happens to it. It is written to match how the site actually works today: a static portfolio with no accounts and no sales, and one contact form.

What we collect

The site does not collect your personal data automatically. There is no sign-up and no cart. Visits are counted anonymously — without cookies, and without anything that identifies you (see "Counting visits").

Your details reach us only when you send them yourself: through the form on the Contact page, by writing to the email address, or by calling the number shown there.

The contact form

The form passes on what you typed into it: your name, your email address, your phone number if you gave one, and the text of your message. It collects nothing else and sends no hidden information about you.

Your message arrives with us as an email and is not stored anywhere on the site — there is no database of enquiries. Delivery is handled by Resend (resend.com), which acts as a data processor and sees the contents of the message in transit.

After that your message lives in our mailbox for as long as it takes to reply to you and finish the conversation. You can ask us to delete the correspondence at any time.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser for tracking purposes. Any display preference you may choose while browsing is kept on your own device and is never transmitted.

If cookie-based tools are added in future, this policy will be updated before they go live, and you will be asked for consent.

Counting visits

The site counts visits using a tool provided by its hosting provider (Vercel Web Analytics). What is recorded is the address of the page opened, the date, an approximate country, the device type and the address you arrived from — all of it anonymous.

No cookies are used for this, and no visitor profile is built. So that one person is not counted twice in a day, the provider computes a temporary anonymous marker and replaces it every day; your IP address is not stored, and the views cannot be linked to you or followed from one day to the next.

Embedded video

The Press section carries a clip hosted on YouTube. Until you press play, nothing is loaded from YouTube's servers — what stands on the page is an ordinary frame drawn by the site itself.

Once you press play, the clip runs in YouTube's player (on youtube-nocookie.com, the version without advertising trackers). At that moment YouTube receives your IP address and browser details and may store data on your device — under its own terms, not this policy: policies.google.com/privacy.

Hosting logs

The site is served by an external hosting provider. Like any web server, it keeps technical logs: IP address, request time, page address, browser type. These records are created by the provider to operate and secure the service; we do not analyse them or connect them to individuals.

How we use messages

If you write to us, we use your message only to reply and to discuss work, an exhibition or a commission. We do not sell or share your details with third parties, and we send no marketing.

We keep correspondence for as long as it is needed for your enquiry, and delete it on request.

Your rights

You may ask what data of yours we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@example.com and we will respond.

Changes

If the site changes — a shop or another tool is added — this policy will be updated, and the date at the top of this page will show it.
